- Subscription-based recurring water delivery

- Water dispensers, coolers, bottles, and related accessories
4. Payments
Payment is due at the time of purchase or upon delivery unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods. By placing an order, you authorize Hydro Balance Water Inc. to process payment using your provided payment method. Subscription charges are billed according to your selected plan. Transactions typically post within two business days. Additional products or services added to an order require customer authorization before fulfillment. We reserve the right to terminate payment services at any time.
5. Subscriptions
Subscription plans include a one-time sign-up fee of $21.00 and recurring monthly charges based on your selected quantity and water type. Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled at any time by contacting us at support@hydrobalancewater.com or calling 801-830-1268. Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing cycle to avoid the following month’s charge. Active promotions (e.g., Buy 3 months, get 2 free) are applied at sign-up and are not transferable.
6. Delivery
Delivery is available within our service area: Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, Lehi, and Orem, UT. Delivery schedules are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill delivery windows as communicated, but Hydro Balance Water Inc. is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other conditions outside our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe and accessible delivery location.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate delivery address and contact information
- Ensuring someone is available to receive delivery or providing a safe drop-off location
- Returning empty bottles in good condition (where applicable)
- Notifying us of any changes to subscription preferences or delivery instructions in advance

8. Returns and Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with a product or delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work to resolve the issue through replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion. Equipment (dispensers, coolers, bottles) may be returned within 14 days in original, unused condition.

Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to provide 30 days’ written notice of the dispute. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these terms by sending written notice to support@hydrobalancewater.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
19. Severability
