Filtration Process

Embrace Pure Water with Every Filtered Drop

Our water undergoes a meticulous seven-stage filtration process to ensure purity. This process reflects our dedication to health, safety, and sustainability, emphasizing the importance of clean water for overall well-being and environmental impact. Each stage plays a vital role in providing safe and beneficial water.

  • Improves water taste
  • Removes all contaminants & harmful substances
  • Promotes health and environmental consciousness through eco-friendly practices

The seven-stage filtration process:

Stage 1

Sediment Pre-Filter

The sediment pre-filter is the initial defense in filtration, capturing visible impurities like dust, dirt, and rust to maintain water quality. It shields finer filters downstream, preventing clogs and damage and ensuring system integrity and longevity.

Stage 2

Carbon Pre-Filtration

After passing through the sediment pre-filter, water meets carbon pre-filters, including granular and block types. These stages remove flavors, odors, and chemicals like chlorine, which are crucial for taste and safeguarding the RO membrane.

Stage 3

Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane

The reverse osmosis membrane, with pores as small as 0.0001 microns, filters out 99% of impurities like bacteria and heavy metals. This cornerstone of filtration ensures the highest water quality by removing contaminants at the molecular level.

Stage 4

Carbon Post-Filter

After the RO process, water is stored briefly before passing through the carbon post-filter, which removes any storage-related tastes. This final stage ensures that the water remains pure and fresh for consumption.

Stage 5

Optional Filters

Further, it enhances water quality by reintroducing beneficial minerals and ensuring microbiological safety.

  • Remineralization:

Adding minerals like calcium and magnesium back into water lost during RO enhances taste and provides essential nutrients for health.

  • UV Purifier (Ultraviolet):

The UV purifier uses ultraviolet light to kill bacteria, viruses, and parasites, ensuring microbiological safety and added protection against pathogens.

Stage 6

Water Storage Tank

Filtered water is stored in a tank for consistent access to purified water, guaranteeing availability despite changing demand.

Stage 7

RO Faucet

The final step dispenses purified water, concluding the filtration process by providing clean, balanced water straight to your glass!
